Työohje kokoonpanon perehdytyksen tueksi

Abstract

Uusien työntekijöiden perehdytys on tärkeä osa kokoonpanon laatua, kannattavuutta ja turvallisuutta, tästä syystä perehdytykseen käytetään paljon resursseja yrityksissä. Perehdyttämisprosessia kehitetään jatkuvasti ja sen tueksi luodaan materiaalia.

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli laatia työohje kokoonpanon perehdytyksen tueksi. Opinnäytetyön tilaaja oli Hydroline Oy. Yhtiössä syntyi tarve yhdenmukaistaa perehdytystä ja työohjeen luominen koettiin yhdeksi ratkaisuksi. Työohjeen tarkoitus oli, että se tukee sekä perehdyttäjää että perehdytettävää perehdytysprosessin aikana. Kokoonpanon työohjeella haluttiin saavuttaa yhdenmukainen ohjeistus kokoonpanon suorittamiseen, jotta perehdyttäjän omat mielipiteet eivät vaikuta perehdytyksen laatuun. Teoriaosuus käsittelee keskeisiä asioita perehdytyksestä sekä työohjeiden laatimisesta ja tarkoituksesta. Lisäksi teoriassa käsitellään hydrauliikan käyttötarkoitusta ja hydraulisylinterin rakennetta.

Työohjeen kokoaminen aloitettiin keräämällä yhtiön jo olemassa olevat ohjeet yhteen sekä selvittämällä niiden ajantasaisuus. Nämä ohjeet päivitettiin vastaamaan nykyisiä työtapoja. Kokoonpanon työohjeeseen lisättiin myös uusia ohjeita, jotka laadittiin yhtiön omalle dokumenttipohjalle. Näihin tieto kerättiin kokoonpanon työntekijöiltä haastattelujen avulla. Ohjeiden keräämisen ja laatimisen jälkeen niistä koottiin yksi ohje kokoonpanon perehdytyksen tueksi.

Työohjeella pystyttiin yhdenmukaistamaan niin perehdytystä kuin kokoonpanon työvaiheita sekä vähentämään perehdyttäjän taakkaa perehdytyksen suorittamisessa. Kokoonpanossa työnteon turvallisuusseikat ja kokoonpanon käytännöt saatiin tuotua ohjeessa esille. Työssä onnistuttiin rajaamaan kokoonpanon kannalta oleelliset työvaiheet ja kertomaan lukijalle niiden merkitys valmiin kokoonpanon näkökulmasta.

Orientation of new employees is an important part of the assembly's quality, profitability and safety, which is why a lot of resources are used in companies for orientation. The orientation process is constantly being developed and material is created to support it.

The purpose of this thesis was to prepare work instructions to support orientation. The client of the thesis was Hydroline Oy. In the company, there was a need to standardize the orientation process, and the creation of work instructions is part of process. The purpose of the work instructions is to support both the mentor and the mentee during the orientation process. The aim of the instructions was to achieve consistent instructions for assembly and the work, so that the instructor's own opinions do not affect the quality of the orientation. The theoretical part deals with key issues of orientation and the preparation and purpose of work instructions. In addition, the purpose of hydraulics and the structure of the hydraulic cylinder are discussed in the theory section.

Compilation of the work instructions was started by compiling the company's already existing instructions and ascertaining that they are up-to-date. These instructions were updated to reflect current working practices. New instructions were also added to the assembly work instructions. The company's own document template was used for this purpose. The information for these instructions was collected from the assembly's employees through interviews. After collecting and compiling the instructions, they were compiled into a guide to support the orientation of assembly.

With the work instructions, it was possible to harmonize both the orientation and the work phases of assembly and to reduce the workload of the mentor. In assembly, the safety aspects of the work and assembly practices were brought out in the instructions. In the thesis, it was possible to delineate the essential work steps of the assembly and to convey the reader their meaning from the point of view of finished assembly.
