Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda ohjeistuskansio Torniossa sijaitsevan Kiiruna Talot Oy:n uusille sekä vanhoille työntekijöille. Talotehtaalla työskentelee noin 50 työntekijää. Ohjeistuksen työtehtävien vaiheistamisessa käytettiin erilaisia Lean-menetelmiä ja -työkaluja.
Ohjeistus julkaistiin A4-kokoisena ja kasattiin kansioksi. Teksti on tuotettu selkeällä fontilla, jota on helppo lukea. Ohjeistuksessa on kerrottu eri työvaiheet ja menetelmät, joita hyödynnetään tilaelementin valmistusprosessissa. Ohjeistukseen on piirretty tuotantolinjan kartta, josta nähdään jokaisen työvaiheen työskentelypiste tuotantolinjalla. Ohjeistuksen loppuun on myös liitetty yhden talon jana-aikataulu sekä työvaiheiden aikataulutus. Kiiruna Talot Oy:n työntekijöillä on täydet oikeudet muokata ja päivittää ohjeistusta tarpeensa mukaan.
Ohjeistuksen tavoitteena oli saada työn laatu ja tehokkuus mahdollisimman korkeaksi eri työvaiheissa, vaikka työntekijät vaihtuisivat kesken valmistusprosessin. Ohjeistuksesta rajattiin pois LVIS-tekniikan työvaiheet. Opinnäytetyöprojektin lopputuotos työstettiin Kiiruna Talot Oy:n työnjohdon sekä työntekijöiden käyttöön.
Opinnäytetyön kirjallisessa osuudessa kerrottiin yleisesti siitä, mitä Lean on sekä käytiin läpi Lean-menetelmät ja -työkalut, joita on käytetty työvaiheiden vaiheistamisessa. Opinnäytetyössä kerrottiin myös moduulinrakentamisen hyödyistä ja haasteista The aim of this thesis was to create an instruction folder for the new and existing employees of the house manufacturer Kiiruna Talot Oy located in Tornio. About 50 people work at the factory. Different Lean methods and tools were used in establishing the phasing of the work flow for the instructional guide.
The instructions were published in A4 size and assembled into a folder. The text was produced in a clear font that is easy to read. The instructions describe the different work steps and the methods used in the production process of the box units. A map of the production line was added to the instructions, from which you can see each working point of the specific work phase on the production line. At the end of the guide, a schedule of one house and a scheduling of the work phases were also attached. The employees of Kiiruna Talot Oy have a full rights to edit and update the instructions if necessary.
The aim of the instructions was to get the quality and efficiency of the work in different phases as high as possible, even if the employees change during the manufacturing process. The work phases of HVAC technology installations were excluded from the instructions. The final output of the thesis project will be used by the management and employees of Kiiruna Talot Oy.
In the theory part of the thesis, it was generally explained what Lean is, and reviewed the Lean methods and tools that have been used in the phasing of the work. The thesis also described the benefits and challenges of modular construction.
