Tiivistelmä
The thesis was commissioned by Company X who wanted to measure customer satisfaction in their communication. Communication and its success are considered very important at commissioner company and for that reason this topic was selected. Better knowledge of the state of customer satisfaction in communication will help Company X in their operations in the future.

The objective was to research customer satisfaction in communication in the case company. It was desired to gain reliable and valuable data of how the customers perceive the communication between them and the case company. The purpose was to improve customer satisfaction in communication. It was also to identify where Company X has already succeeded and what areas should be developed. The research was executed by using quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Data was collected through online survey which was sent to the respondents via email.

The analysis of the results was done based on the theory of the topic. The results indicated that Company X has succeeded in its communication well. Customers satisfaction in different aspects of communication was researched in more detail, as well as the overall communication. From the results, it was possible to draw conclusions that Company X's customers are very satisfied with the communication. Also a few areas for development were to be brought forward.

This study gave valuable information to the commissioner company about their customers’ expectations and thoughts towards the company’s communication. With this study improvements can be done based on the results and recommendations.
