This thesis explores the possibility of utilizing the blockchain technology in supply chain management. Even though blockchain technology is not a new concept not many companies or industries use it.
This thesis will provide an overview of the current state of supply chain management and challenges faced by companies operating in increasingly complex and globalized supply network. It will also introduce the concept of blockchain technology, its history and its potential to face the supply chain industry.
We also focus on the specific ways in which blockchain technology can be integrated into supply chain management. Also examine the potential benefits of integrating blockchain technology in supply chain management. Focus on case studies of companies that implemented blockchain.
