This project aimed to address the challenges faced by international talent in Finland by developing a mobile application using digital tools. The project involved in-depth research and collaboration with several universities to gain insight into the challenges faced by international talent. The team utilized Flutter and conducted user testing to develop key features such as a CV generator and data storage in a database.
The final iteration of the application involved extensive redesigning, refining, and testing before deployment. The SIMHE app has the potential to provide significant benefits to the future of international talent in Finland and could position Finland as a strong contender in the global labor market, contributing to long-term economic growth and prosperity. The project highlights the importance of investing in digital solutions to address challenges faced by international talent.
