Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan VEO:n asiakastiimin tarjousprosessia ja tarjoustyökaluja sekä niiden haasteita. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda VEO:lle parannusehdotuksia asiakastiimin tarjousprosessiin. Opinnäytetyössä tehdään parannusehdotuksia tarjoustyökalussa esiin tulleisiin haasteisiin. Tiedonhankinta suoritettiin haastattelemalla projektipäälliköitä ja IT-asiantuntijoita.
Tarjousprosessin ajankohtaisimpana haasteena tuli esille ajantasainen hankintahinta, sillä se joudutaan aina tarkistamaan manuaalisesti. Ajankohtaisuuteen vaikuttaa nykyinen maailman tilanne, joka on saanut komponenttien hankintahinnat nousemaan vähintään kvartaaleittain. Lisäksi mietittiin parannusehdotuksia yhtenäiselle tarjoustyökalulle. Ajantasaiseen hankintahintaan tutkitaan ratkaisua SSRS-raportin sekä VBA:n kautta. The thesis examines the bidding process and bidding tools of VEO's customer team and their challenges. The purpose of the thesis was to create suggestions for improvement in the customer team's bidding process for VEO. The thesis makes suggestions for improvements to the challenges raised in the bidding tool. Information gathering was carried out by interviewing project managers and IT specialists.
The most topical challenge in the tendering process was the up-to-date purchase price, as it always must be checked manually. The topicality is influenced by the current world situation, which has caused the purchase prices of components to rise at least quarterly. In addition, suggestions for improvements to the unified bidding tool were considered. The solution to the current purchase price is being studied through the SSRS report and the VBA.
Tarjousprosessin ajankohtaisimpana haasteena tuli esille ajantasainen hankintahinta, sillä se joudutaan aina tarkistamaan manuaalisesti. Ajankohtaisuuteen vaikuttaa nykyinen maailman tilanne, joka on saanut komponenttien hankintahinnat nousemaan vähintään kvartaaleittain.
