The purpose of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of health care workers about preventive measures against infectious diseases and other microbes.
The objective was to determine the knowledge of healthcare workers in terms of protecting themselves against infectious diseases and other microbes.
This study was conducted as a diary format to observe and communicate with health care workers regarding their knowledge on preventive measures against infectious diseases and other microbes for forty days. As part of the study, the diary thesis was written every two weeks and gave analysis to it.
This study shows that following guidelines and having knowledge on preventive measures are necessary to protect health care workers and minimize the spread of microorganisms.
In conclusion, health care workers are knowledgeable enough and were able to demonstrate the different preventive measures to be used in protection against infectious diseases and other microbes.
