Tiivistelmä
The decision-making process is a critical aspect of nursing care, and it is important that nurses make informed decisions that can significantly impact the patient outcomes. However, nurses often face various challenges during this process that can impact the quality of patient care. Therefore, understanding these challenges is critical to improving the quality of care and patient outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to identify and explore the challenges nurses face during the nursing decision-making process. To accomplish this, the study has four specific objectives. First, to review the literature on the challenges nurses face during the decision-making process. Secondly, to identify the most common challenges nurses face during the nursing decision-making process. Thirdly, the study aimed to examine the impact of these challenges on the quality of the care provided to patients. Finally, the study aimed to identify possible solutions to improve the decision-making process and the quality of the patient care.

The key research questions addressed in this study included identifying the challenges nurses face during the decision-making process, understanding how these challenges impact the quality of the patient care, and identifying potential solutions to improve the decision-making process and the quality of the patient care.

To achieve these research objectives, the study will used a systematic literature review to identify and analyze relevant research on the challenges nurses face during the decision-making process.
