This paper focuses on how Nordic Rescue Group took action in light of the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the Russian invasion of Ukraine to look for new ventures into the Chilean market. This paper attempts to ascertain its position in the Chilean market.
Various market analysis methods, such as PESTLE analysis of Chile, may assist in determining the brand positioning, growth potential, and risks of Nordic Rescue Group’s existing products and services. Search engine optimization and social media marketing were also introduced as crucial marketing strategies to increase brand recognition in the proposed company handbook.
