This is a thesis based upon diary entries for a junior developer working in a software development company. The thesis follows the work of the developer over an eight-week period in the lead up to a release of a product.
The objective of the thesis is to analyse the work of the developer over an eight-week period. The developer will write a daily dairy and then analyse the diary entries and highlight issues they faced during the week. The developer will attempt to compare some of their findings and issues to theoretical frameworks.
The purpose of the thesis is for the developer to highlight areas of improvement in their development skills.
