This Bachelor thesis aims to provide a viable, detailed and results-oriented business plan to establish a mind-training online education center in the Vietnam market. This topic was chosen because the author has a strong passion for contributing to the development of his homeland - Vietnam, both materially and humanly. After the author went to study abroad and experienced the life, culture, and mindset of Westerners, the author realized that the Vietnamese community and mindset needed to be changed, Blue Sky was established and is expected to open an institute in January 2024.
Writing this business plan is necessary to help the author clarify ideas, thoughts, and strategies while analyzing and explaining the direction of the business to take the company forward and the right direction. In addition, this business plan also helps the author not to skip any crucial steps in pursuing the set goals to achieve the set milestones.
The theoretical framework of this bachelor of business thesis focuses on entrepreneurship, strategic analysis, marketing, human resources, and project management. The thesis consists of nine main parts: introduction, company overview, research, industry analysis, customer analysis, marketing plan, human resource plan, operational plan, and forecast financial and legal issues.
The online mindset training education center Blue Sky will train thinking and soft skills for all ages, but mainly from 10-22 years old. Blue Sky provides the modern, necessary education for Vietnamese people, equipping them with the knowledge of sex education, soft skills, confidence, and independence needed to succeed in the global economy.
