Perehdytyskansio päiväkotiin : Siriuspäiväkodit Oy

Abstract

Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on tuottaa perehdytyskansio toimeksiantajalleni Siriuspäiväkodit Oy:lle. Opinnäytetyö koostuu tuotoksena syntyneestä perehdytyskansiosta ja raporttiosuudesta, jossa vastataan, mitä perehdytys ja varhaiskasvatus Suomessa ovat.

Perehdytyskansio on luotu yhteistyössä päiväkodin toimitusjohtajan kanssa vastaamaan tarvetta. Kansion tuli olla tiivis, informatiivinen ja ajantasainen työkalu uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämiseen sekä toimia vanhojen työntekijöiden työn yhdenmukaistajana. Perehdytyskansion ohella syntyi pikaperehdytysopas sijaisille ja opiskelijoille sekä perehdytyssuunnitelmarunko ja perehdytyksen muistilistat johtaja- ja ryhmävetoiseen perehdyttämiseen. Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin laadullisella tutkimusotteella ja aineisto kerättiin yhteistyökumppanina toimineen toimitusjohtajan teemahaastattelulla, vertaisarvioinnin sekä dialogisen keskustelun avulla.

Teoreettinen viitekehys rakentui perehdytyksen ja varhaiskasvatuksen käsitteiden ympärille. Opinnäytetyön raportissa käsitellään perehdytyksen merkitystä, hiljaista tietoa sekä varhaiskasvatusta ja perehdytyksen merkitystä varhaiskasvatuksessa. Teoriassa käsitellään myös lainsäädäntöä ja määräyksiä, jotka ohjaavat niin perehdytystä kuin varhaiskasvatustakin. Lopuksi esittelen kehittämistyön prosessia ja tarkastelen lopullista tuotosta.

The purpose of this functional thesis is to produce an orientation guide for a day care center organization in the private sector called Siriuspäiväkodit Oy. The thesis consists of the orientation guide and the report part which covers theory of introduction and early childhood education.

The orientation guide was planned and created together with the cooperation partner to meet the need. The CEO wished the guide to be compact, informative and up to date. The orientation guide works as a tool in the introduction process for new employees and helps old employees to work inline. Induction plan, checklist for the introduction and shorter orientation guide for students and substitutes were made beside the orientation guide. The methodology adopted for the thesis is qualitative and the data was collected through a theme-based interview, peer review and dialogued conversation with the CEO.

The theoretical framework of this thesis is rooted in the concepts of introduction and early childhood education. The report is focused on the meaning of introduction, tacit knowledge and the meaning of early childhood education. The theory also covers the legislation and other specifications that guide introduction and early childhood education. To conclude my thesis, I demonstrated the working process of the orientation guide and examined the output.
