The aim of this research is to study Inflation and what causes it. It is often regarded as similar in effect to taxation, therefore also known as hidden taxation. The thesis focuses on the interaction between inflation and taxation, correlation between taxation and inflation, and what are the main issues, benefits and costs arising.
Methods used in gathering the information are secondary data, including resources from literature, journals, internet, statistics, and economic theories.
