Today's commercial markets are increasingly dynamic and have increasingly high challenges for local small businesses. These companies are nevertheless vital within its communities. This thesis then tries to detail localised marketing, a solution that can allow local businesses to prosper. This research then explores consumer trends, the current state of companies in globalisation and the tools present in localised marketing allowing companies to adapt to changes. This analysis is based on marketing tools like SWOT, the 4Ps or a testimonial from a local company in the Netherlands.
Concretely, local businesses live in a market with as many opportunities as challenges. Localised marketing is a lever allowing companies to gain visibility and establish themselves within their communities.
