Tiivistelmä
This diary thesis will describe my experience and learnings from working as Software Developer at Nordcloud Oy. The time of this thesis starts from 21st August 2023 till 15th October 2023. The thesis content includes short descriptions of my daily tasks and weekly evaluation. Finally, a discussion section can be found at the end which covers the learnings, achievements during the work diary observation period. I will also reflect on my professional growth during this time. I will also share some other topics like work life balance, communication and overall experience of working as a consultant.
The thesis will be useful for people to understand better about the software developer job at a consultancy. It will also be helpful for people to navigate the working life in Finland.
