The aim was to investigate how the fruit and vegetable department affects customer expe-rience and satisfaction. This thesis will help any store to think about ways to increase the overall attractiveness and customer satisfaction of the store in the future. In general, it can serve as a guide when considering the attractiveness of a fresh produce department, which often includes vegetables and fruits. The thesis can be helpful for entrepreneurs in the sector who sell grocery products and want to know more about whether the different fea-tures and main products sold in the fruit and vegetable department have an impact on cus-tomer satisfaction, which naturally correlates with returning to the store to shop again.
