This thesis work focuses on the establishment of a restaurant company. The work focuses on setting up a business one’s own restaurant in Helsinki and contains the information needed to set up a restaurant. The work reviews the legal regulations contained in the restaurant industry.
The purpose of this thesis is to serve as a guide for the establishment of a restaurant, and to include everything from the law legislations to business planning. The work also looks at how to obtain financing for setting up your own restaurant as well as what possible problem situations to consider before setting up a restaurant. There are many different types of restaurants, and the author generally focuses on the activities of the restaurant industry and legal regulations and permits.
All types of restaurants have their own regulations as well as permits. The author focuses on the requirements required to set up a restaurant, licensing matters, branding, staffing, and other costs associated with establishing a restaurant setting up, for example rent.
