The purpose of this bachelor’s thesis was to describe the process of creating a tailored marketing plan for Royals In Service Oy, a staffing company, operating in corporate events. As the company is lacking a marketing plan, a product-based thesis was found to be the most beneficial for the company.
Since 2022, Royals In Service has operated as an event personnel provider, primarily focusing on corporate events. The company has not engaged in digital marketing, relying instead on its primary customer and the effectiveness of word-of-mouth marketing.
The theoretical framework of a marketing plan is thoroughly examined and applied to analyse the commissioning company. This thesis discusses the most relevant marketing tools and strategies for creating marketing plans, specifically tailored for companies operating in the B2B market. The thesis provides practical guidance on digital marketing and strategy implementation, followed by an analysis from the company’s perspective, along with the attached Social Media Content Plan.
This thesis assists Royals In Service in reaching more customers by strengthening the brand’s online presence and, furthermore, eases the company’s entry into marketing with the help of a marketing plan. To achieve these objectives, the proposed marketing actions outlined in this thesis should be implemented to the company’s best ability.
