Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this study was to gain insights into the overall impact of electric vehicle technology on the au-tomotive industry. Through literature review, empirical data collection and industry case analysis, the challeng-es faced by electric vehicle technology innovation, production process adaptation, industry management and market strategy are discussed in detail.
Innovation is focused on key components of electric vehicles such as batteries, motors and electronic control systems. Mechanical engineering plays an important role in the design and optimization of electric vehicles, and the use of lightweight materials in electric vehicle manufacturing is being investigated.
In terms of the adjustment of production processes, the adaptability of traditional manufacturing methods to the production of electric vehicles and the role of the supply chain in this transformation are analyzed. From an industrial management perspective, this includes optimizing manufacturing processes, supply chain manage-ment and employee training to accommodate the introduction of electric vehicle technology.
The study of market dynamics and business strategies reveals market positioning, sales strategies and long-term business plans for electric vehicles.
Overall, this study aims to provide mechanical engineers, industrial managers and decision-makers in the au-tomotive industry with insights into how to address the challenges and opportunities presented by the era of electric vehicles.
