Tiivistelmä
Identity and Access Management customer relationship forms a lifecycle which repeated itself without providing any increased value for the vendor. That led to a question can the customer relationship be improved by defining actions. It was important to find the actions if the vendor wanted to change itself from a low value vendor to a high value vendor for both parties. The actions based on two surveys and other observations which included un-official discussions and field experiences. Based on the results of the surveys extended with the other observations the actions were defined. The results of the thesis give a list of 21 actions which can be used to improve the customer relationship. The results contain also a high level plan how to implement the actions to support the customer relationship in a better way than just individual actions.
