Research on the development path of air logistics business of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport

Abstract

Under the background of global integration, the aviation logistics industry is gradually recognized by various countries because of its own advantages. The development of domestic aviation logistics business is also bound to play a positive role in enriching the industrial chain and stabilizing the supply chain. As the economic hub of southwest China, Chongqing has advantages in policies, resources and location in promoting the development of aviation logistics business. At present, Chongqing Jiangbei Airport is ushered in a better period of development opportunities, which is bound to play a positive role in the construction of airport type national logistics hub. It is of great significance to study the development path of aviation logistics business of Jiangbei Airport to enhance the sustainable power and practical ability of enterprise development and influence the new development pattern of the city.

This paper is divided into five parts. With the help of SWOT analysis method, the research and methods to maximize the positive development, that is, support the airline to put the transport capacity, build the distribution network of cargo and postal services, optimize the operation environment of the port, use the intelligent information platform, and expand the linkage business of customs clearance. Fourthly, according to the analysis and research in the previous chapters, set the target, study the development of aviation logistics business of Shenzhen Airport, give three development paths and analyze them one by one, and finally determine the "coordinated development path", and then make objective, scientific and practical implementation points and implementation guarantees in detail.
