This thesis outlines an advanced Educational Content Management System (ECMS) that integrates cloud technology to enhance education delivery and collaboration, particularly in Ghana. The system exploits cloud-based infrastructure and agile development methodologies to provide students, teachers and guardians with personalized learning experiences, streamline communication and track progress in real time.
The ECMS was developed on the PHP and Laravel frameworks, which operate on a MySQL database, to provide distinct loading modules integrated with the ECMS. Docker containers were employed to allow for seamless deployment, ownership integration guarantees data security and control. Finally, the system outlines approach to partnerships and continuous improvement for sustainability by leveraging technology to enhance education delivery and collaboration.
Overall as a result, the system demonstrated scalability, reliability, and adaptability, meeting the diverse needs of its users and contributing to the sustainability of educational improvements in Ghana.
