This study explores the development and implementation of a social enterprise aimed at alleviating poverty in targeted areas. The research begins with a comprehensive background and formulation of a research question that guides the investigation. It delves into the significance of the project by identifying poverty in specific regions and discussing the motivation behind establishing a social enterprise, influenced by philanthropic inclinations and prior experience.
A theoretical framework is established, defining poverty and qualitative research, highlighting its characteristics and data collection methods, particularly focusing on interviews. In the study, it is explained what interview questions were asked and who was involved; the SBMC is included to give a business structure to the enterprise.
The findings and analysis of the study highlights the steps of enacting plans and strategies in terms of partner identification process, distribution channels, and social value creation. By assessing the macroeconomic environment and the position of the market competitors, it solves the problem of the financial management of the funds collection and assesses the business model on its general.
Finally, the study reviews main findings of this project and focuses on challenges experienced during the implementation of the model in providing insights and recommendations on the future aspirations of social enterprise. This research contributes to the understanding of how social enterprises can effectively target poverty alleviation through structured planning and execution, providing a valuable reference for
future endeavors in the field.
