Currently, those available solutions that are on the market are a bit costly for small businesses like start-ups. This study's objectives are to offer a cost-effective solution based on cloud computing that is specially designed to meet the distinct requirements of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
The methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, utilising surveys, interviews, and case studies, to specifically focus on addressing the technological needs of SMEs. This study's goal is to develop an affordable, customised solution that promotes the utilisation of cloud computing and SMEs can easily reach out to this solution. This solution was developed with a focus on highlighting the utilisation of open-source components to create a cost-effective and efficient cloud solution.
