Tiivistelmä
This study is conducted with Company X, a personnel agency in the Czech Republic. The current situation at Company X reveals challenges in employee integration, high turnover rates, and deadline management. Therefore, an analysis on these operational challenges was conducted, specifically focusing on employee integration, turnover rates, and project management practices, emphasizing their importance and opera- tional practices. A qualitative approach was used through an anonymous open-ended questionnaire distributed to Company X employees. The responses were transcribed and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns and themes.
The results indicated that employee integration suffered from information overload and lacked role clarity during onboarding. The research also found that high turnover rates were caused by stress-related issues, lack of recognition, and limited career growth opportunities. Lastly, project management challenges included unrealistic deadlines, poor task prioritization, and ineffective communication, which in turn impacted deadline management. These findings suggested that extending orientation sessions, offering regular feedback, and adopting structured project management practices could significantly improve operational efficiency.
By addressing the identified issues, Company X can create a more supportive and efficient work environment, leading to reduced turnover rates and better project outcomes. These results also indicate that targeted improvements in operational activities are essential for achieving long-term organizational success.
