This thesis dedicates the investigation in the intersection of such areas as servant leadership principles and business marketing strategies in social media.
Using a literature review as a research method, the paper shows the evolution of leadership theories, with a focus on servant leadership and investigations in current trends in social media and their impact on business projects and their value and the comparison between servant leader ship principals and community management.
Based on this the research finds it is possible to state that servant leadership aligns well with social media community management. Both spheres use active listening, empathy, and engagement with followers. Increasing value foe community and empowered members can be highlighted as a main target for both these areas. The main conclusion for this study is that integrating servant leadership principles into social media strategies can significantly increase project efficiency, by improving customer engagement, enhancing market research, and increasing brand awareness. This paper also highlights the importance to continue focus research in this area, because of significant speed of changes and development in social media and, as result, in digital marketing strategies.
