Tiivistelmä
This study investigates the application of Agile Project Management (APM) in the construction industry, focusing on how APM practices influence project success through team collaboration and organizational flexibility. The research addresses a gap in the literature by exploring the mediating role of team collaboration and the moderating role of organizational flexibility in the relationship between APM and project outcomes. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from industry professionals and analyzed using correlation and regression techniques.
The findings suggest that APM practices positively impact project success and that this relationship is significantly mediated by team collaboration. Additionally, organizational flexibility enhances the effectiveness of APM in achieving project goals. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on agile methodologies in traditionally rigid industries and offers practical implications for construction project managers seeking to improve outcomes through adaptive strategies. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
