Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on perehtyä sekä selkeyttää Prohoc yrityksen projektitoimintaa re-assembly-projektien osalta. Tavoitteena oli tuottaa projektintoimintamalli, joka on gate-tyylinen ja mahdollisimman helppokäyttöinen projektien kokoluokan huomioon ottaen.
Työ suoritettiin perehtymällä re-assembly-projektien läpiviemiseen ja osallistumalla niihin itse. Tarvittava rakenne on saatu näin ollen hyvin pitkälti oman osaamisen kautta rakennettua, mutta apua tähän saatiin myös muilta projekteihin osallistuvilta henkilöiltä.
Lopputuloksena saatiin ensimmäinen versio toimintamallista sisältäen gate-tarkastuslistat. Tällä saadaan tulevaisuudessa selkeytettyä toimintaa ja helpotettua uusien ihmisten liittymistä mukaan projekteihin. Lisäksi saadaan asiakkaalle esiteltävää materiaalia projektinhallinnasta organisaatiossa. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify and improve the project activities of the Prohoc company regarding re-assembly projects. The goal was to produce easy to use stage-gate model for re-assembly projects.
The work was carried out by learning about the implementation of re-assembly projects and participating in them myself. The structure of the model has there-fore been built mostly through my own expertise, but help was also received from other people participating in the projects.
The result was the first version of the stage-gate model including the gate check-lists. In the future this will help that project operations will be more clarified, it will be easier for new people to involve projects, as well material can be presented to the customer about project management in organization.
