Tiivistelmä
This thesis implements a secure serverless cloud infrastructure for small-scale start-ups. The study investigates the main elements such as serverless computing, cloud security, integration pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Study starts with effective implementation of a traditional web application then converted into a serverless application using AWS functions for back-end, with added security measures, configured with pipelines and saved as reusable automation template.
The best practices in infrastructure setup, security configuration and CI/CD pipelines are implemented to ensure the reliable integrations, code quality, and cost effectiveness of serverless deployments. In conclusion, this thesis offers a template for start-ups seeking to embrace serverless cloud infrastructure with limited costs for the competitive edge in the start-up landscape.
