Tiivistelmä
The purpose of the thesis was to create an effective plan for a local art studio, with an intention to develop their operations and to increase brand awareness.
A complex literature review was conducted, to discuss topics such as branding, brand identity, brand equity, brand awareness, and various methods for increasing brand awareness. The theoretical information acquired from the review served as a base for a comprehensive analysis. A themed interview was conducted with the owner, bringing valuable insights into the studio’s operations and its objectives.
Based on the findings, a comprehensive content plan was created in the form of a table, containing detailed steps that the company should follow in order to achieve a desired outcome. In addition, the thesis presents guidelines on social media disaster, its reasons, risks, and preventive measures in order to avoid potential issues. Appropriate measurable tools were introduced at each stage of the table, making it easier for the company to track its performance.
