The purpose of this thesis is to explore and analyse Salesforce’s dynamic forms functionality and evaluate how the feature could enhance the user’s experience thus increasing their efficiency, satisfaction and presenting them the right information at the right time.
The thesis work is divided into two parts, Theoretical Framework and Practical Implementation. The theoretical part covers the details about CRM, Salesforce basic architecture, types of page layouts whereas the practical part covers the creation of standard page layout and migration of standard layout to dynamic forms. The paper also examines the results and problems encountered during the implementation of the functionality.
Later in the thesis, it was concluded that dynamic forms can elevate the user’s experience by providing them needed information at the right time and in the right place, thus improving their work efficiency and retaining the data accuracy.
All types of implementation/UI shown in this thesis were created using Trailhead platform which is free online learning platform from Salesforce and is World’s No. 1 CRM.
