Päivittäisjohtamisen kehittäminen

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on selvittää päivittäisjohtamisen nykytila kohdeyrityksessä ja tutkia miten sitä voitaisiin entisestään kehittää tuotannon toimintoja paremmin palvelevaksi. Kehitysprojektin pohjana käytettiin jo luotua ja käyttöönotettua päivittäisjohtamisen mallia, jota lähdettiin analysoimaan ja kehittämään.

Opinnäytetyössä tullaan keskittymään tuotannon ja tuotannon esihenkilöiden väliseen rajapintaan päivittäisjohtamisen näkökulmasta. Tutkimuksen keskipisteenä pidetään tuotannon valkotaulua ja sen ympärille kerättyjä mittareita ja tuotannonohjauksen rutiineja.

Aihetta tutkitaan laadullisen tutkimuksen avulla ja tuotannon näkökulmaa aiheeseen pyritään selvittämään aineistotriangulaatiota hyödyntäen puolistrukturoidun kyselyn ja teemakeskustelun avulla.

The goal of this thesis is to investigate the current state of daily management in the target company, and to investigate how it could be developed further to serve production operations better. The development project was based on an already created and implemented daily management model, which was analyzed and developed in this thesis.

This thesis will focus on the interface between production and production supervisors from the perspective of daily management. The focus of the research will be the production whiteboard, and the indicators collected around it and the production control routines that interact with it.

The topic is studied through qualitative research and the production perspective on the topic is sought to be explored by utilizing data triangulation, a semi-structured survey, and thematic discussions for production representatives.
