The research report examines the emotional intelligence components and investigating the impact of leadership skills in relation to emotional intelligence and its factors that can hinder or support the leadership skills. EI can help in generating better project outcomes and better team performances.
The components are also termed "aspects of emotional intelligence” in this research paper has equipped the mixed research approach. This research study has included context from the previous literature and established 20 different academic research articles. Data collected through interviews conducted via Zoom call or team meeting, and they consisted of 20 questions answered by 11 different sector-employed project managers from worldwide.
In findings, the project manager's approach towards implementing EI can provide strategic value in project management leadership. The discussion of EI components’ impact on team cohesion, project outcomes, and integration into the learning and training program to get more out of fewer organizational resources.
