Applied qualitative methodology was followed, which included discussions with relevant parties, examining internal processes and the comparison of findings with industry benchmarks. Current State Analysis revealed there were deficiencies in content marketing, search engine optimization, and customer relationship management. In addition to these findings, I performed a literature review that has reflected what best practices the B2B startup are using in digital marketing, Content targeting, simple SEO edits, planned work on social media and structured metadata are the key recommendations for improvement.
