Tiivistelmä
This thesis explores the design and implementation of a gamified, employee-driven application aimed at improving workplace energy waste management. The system, called EnergyWalk, was developed to integrate task tracking, progress visualisation, and real-time feedback into both desktop and mobile platforms. By combining technical monitoring tools with behavioural engagement mechanisms, the platform seeks to reduce reliance on slow, manual reporting and instead promote faster, more proactive communication of energy-related issues. The approach is informed by broader outcomes of the Enertelligence Project, but tailored specifically for the practical context of industrial environments.
