Establishing an Integrated System for Real Time Project Tracking and Communication in Construction Management

Abstract

This thesis develops an integrated Project Management Information System (PMIS) to address communication, reporting, and real-time tracking challenges in a mid-sized Philippine construction firm. Using applied action research and stakeholder interviews, the study identifies key requirements and proposes a feasible PMIS and implementation plan. The results show that digital tools can significantly improve coordination, transparency, and project efficiency.
