Tiivistelmä
The aim for this thesis is to create a digital marketing plan for a small company from the customer-to-business and business-to-business point of view. The objectives were to achieve more visibility and thus acquire more B2C and B2B customers by discovering different tools used in a digital marketing plan, and how to use them. One of the main goals is to create the design of the webpage for the small company which in this case is Firma Thomas Träsk and give suggestions on how to transact the digital marketing tools.
Firma Thomas Träsk which has their expertise within the property management industry. The company has already existing Facebook and Instagram in the beginning when this thesis is written.
The firm was established in 2020 and the owner is the only employed.
