Tiivistelmä
This research discusses how major e-commerce companies, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki had a significant effect on the Logistic Industry (supply Chain) in Vietnam. E-commerce has expanded tremendously in the past several years, changing traditional logistics' way of doing business and increasing the operational demands placed on those working in supply chains. This study's goal was to identify ways that the three eCommerce platforms affected Last Mile Delivery, Warehousing, Order Fulfilment, and transparency through the Supply Chain in the Vietnam market. The research was limited to the period after 2020 as that is when the accelerated growth of digital commerce began.

As part of the research, a mixed-method approach was utilized to collect information. Initially, a review of the literature and industry-related reports was conducted to develop the analytical base, followed by an industry analysis that identified current trends. Secondary data were collected through interviews with logistics individuals in 2025 and provided insights into the specific operational issues and changes being experienced. The collected data was used to identify patterns regarding the digitization of the industry, the growth of Third-Party Logistics and finally, the changes associated with flexible, real time delivery.

Findings from this research show that e-commerce platforms have dramatically impacted how logistic providers operate by increasing last mile delivery and increasing the complexity and over-all effort to execute last mile delivery companies. As a result of utilizing these platforms for the purpose of doing business, e-commerce companies promote innovation, increase competition and create the need to invest in technology and human resource development. In conclusion, if the Vietnamese logistic industry is going to experience continued successful development, the following items need to be improved: technology capabilities, human resource competencies, and logistics providers, e-commerce companies and regulators need to be better aligned. Finally, the research offers current understanding of the changing Vietnamese logistics marketplace for those who operate within it and offer a strategic overview to help either companies or Governmental Agencies develop appropriate action plans to respond to the ongoing digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence tools were exclusively used to organize existing information that had already been published and confirm linguistic correctness.
