This diary based thesis records the author’s professional experience as a Customer Service employee at Trans Ship Solution in Vietnam. It outlines the author’s responsibilities and professional development throughout eight weeks of full time work at the company. The thesis was documented weekly over this period, focusing on daily logistics activities and examining how these tasks contributed to the author’s professional growth.
The main responsibilities included managing shipping documentation, coordinating with both international and domestic agents and customers, and ensuring data accuracy in sea and air freight processes. The weekly diary entries from September to November 2025 serve as the foundation for reflection and analysis of challenges and learning outcomes.
The thesis provides practical insights into essential logistics competencies such as communication, accuracy, and coordination, while emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and self reflection in the transition from a guided employee to a confident logistics professional. It records daily work situations, challenges, lessons, and progress, as well as the interactions between the author and various internal and external stakeholders. Through this thesis, the author aims to turn these experiences and cases into valuable lessons that will serve as a solid foundation for future personal and professional development.
