A qualitative study on migrant nurses' mental health experiences during social integration

Abstract

Most immigrant nurses face psychological challenges during social integration. This study aims to explore the mental health status and influencing factors of immigrant nurses in Finland during this process. A qualitative research method was employed, collecting and analyzing data through a literature review and semi-structured interviews with 17 immigrant nurses.
