Tiivistelmä
The increasing popularity and complexity of cryptocurrency markets have created a growing demand for accessible, real-time, and user-friendly tools that support both investors and casual users. This thesis presents the design and development of a cryptocurrency application that combines market analysis, predictive gaming, news aggregation, and product exploration into a single, interactive platform.

The application is structured into six main sectors: a header and footer for navigation, a prediction game feature for user engagement, dynamic market statistics which include top trending, highest priced, by market capitalization, most declining, and most stable cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrency news feeds, and a dedicated section for crypto related products.

Technologies used include JavaScript tech stack, real-time API integration for accurate market data, interactive user interface components developed using React, with Lucide React for iconography and Recharts for dynamic data visualization. The backend logic was developed using Node.js and Express.js to manage prediction submissions, process application data, and provide secure communication between the frontend and external APIs. The thesis discusses the design principles, development workflow, data handling, and challenges encountered during implementation.

By integrating educational, interactive, and analytical components, the application aims to provide users with both insight and engagement in cryptocurrency markets. The thesis concludes with suggestions for future enhancements, including wallet integration, transactional processing infrastructure, and enhanced price prediction mechanisms utilizing machine learning algorithms and user behaviour analytics.
