Perehdytyksellä hyvä startti työskentelylle : Perehdytyskansio Kemin sosiaaliviraston aikuissosiaalityöhön ja perhepalveluihin

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli laatia perehdytyskansio Kemin sosiaaliviraston aikuissosiaalityöhön ja perhepalveluihin. Perehdytyskansion tarkoituksena on toimia uusien työntekijöiden ja harjoittelemaan tulevien opiskelijoiden perehdyttämisen tukena sekä mahdollistaa uusien työntekijöiden kiinnittyminen työyhteisöön ja sen toimintaan ripeämmin.

Opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö, joka koostuu perehdytyskansiosta sekä opinnäyteraportista. Perehdytyskansio tehtiin sähköiseen muotoon, jotta sen päivitettävyys ja saatavuus paranisivat. Kansio on sisällöltään laaja ja se kattaa sekä aikuissosiaalityön että perhepalveluiden työntekijöiden tehtäväkuvaukset, toimenkuvat, organisaation ohjeistukset, säännöt ja käytännöt sekä yhteen kootut osiot sosiaalityötä ohjaavista laeista ja asetuksista sekä organisaation ja työskentelyn kannalta tärkeimmistä yhteistyökumppaneista, hankkeista, ohjeistuksista ja oppaista.

Opinnäytteen raportissa käsittelen perehdyttämistä käsitteenä sekä perehdyttämisen merkitystä ja itse perehdytyskansiota perehdyttämisen välineenä. Lisäksi kuvaan opinnäytetyön tavoitteet ja tarkoituksen sekä prosessini etenemisen ja arvioinnin. Lopuksi pohdin opinnäytetyön tekemistä ja sen merkitystä ammatilliselle kasvulleni.

The goal of this thesis was to compile an orientation folder for the adult social work and family services of the social services of Kemi. The purpose of this orientation folder is to function as a supportive aid in the orientation of new workers and trainees. It also enables them to integrate to the work community faster.

This thesis is a functional thesis. It consists of the orientation folder and a thesis report. The orientation folder was made into an online format so that its updateability and availability would improve. The folder is extensive and it covers the work descriptions, job descriptions, organizational instructions, rules and customs of the family services and the adult social work. It also covers the aggregated sections of laws and decrees that guide social services together with the most important partners, projects, instructions and guides that are important to working in the organization and to the organization itself.

In the thesis report I consider orientation as a concept. I also consider the orientation folder itself as a tool of orientation together with the significance of the orientation. In addition, I describe the goals and intention of this thesis together as well as the progression and assessment of my process. In the end I reflect on the making of this thesis and its importance to my professional growth.
