The current world is competitive and the role of supervisor in the workplace is very crucial. This diary thesis and study has initiated and explore how the supervisory work is effective in the Palmia Company.
The purpose of this thesis was to find out the effectiveness of the supervisor role in cleaning services and how this position can bring changes with new initiative and innovations in the daily tasks and to meet the objectives of the company. The training and development program, procurement system and the online classes for the trainee and the outcomes has been identified during this study. The supervisor role to coordinate with the line mangers, customers and client has been found effective and the daily tasks have been conducted and completed in the effective way and the quality has been maintained accordingly.
The supervisor can be involved in the multi-tasks and they can take ownership of the company and can be considered as the prospective manager of the company. In the same time it has been found that supervisor is perfect to train and orient the new staff and trainee which help them to conduct the regular tasks effectively. The diary thesis also found effective to note all the regular tasks, make an official plan and personal development plan for the employees; this helps the individual to find the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for the company’s development and find out the possible opportunities that can be integrated for the benefit of the company. As a result of this thesis, I also developed an orientation process for the company.
Thus, the overall finding of the thesis emphasized that role of supervisor in the cleaning services has got huge impact on the present competitive market to establish a company.
