The aim of the study is to focus on the place of female leader in a Finnish organization in 2022. The purpose is to investigate society's overall view of female leaders thanks to interviews and to see how it has evolved and to understand what is being a women leader in 2022.
In the process of analysis, the study considers the obstacles and barriers that women face in their careers to work in leadership positions. Primary data for this thesis has been gathered through interviews with three Finnish female leaders who work in a Finnish company. They hold positions of responsibility that require leadership qualities. The interviewees gave their views on women leaders in Finland and according to their experiences they explained the barriers they had overcome.
Finland may be one of the most equal countries in the world, but there are still inequalities. Motherhood, age, and the feeling of inferiority are some of the issues discussed in the study because there are still accurate in Finland according to the three interviewed women.
