Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää OSAOn Haukiputaan maarakennusopetuksen tilanne ja voiko modulaarisesta tiimiopettajuudesta rakentua uusi työskentelytapa yksilöopetuksen tilalle. OSAOn Haukiputaan maarakennusalan osastolle otettiin käyttöön modulaarinen tiimiopetustapa 1.8.2021, minkä tarkoituksena on ollut hyödyntää olemassa olevia opetus henkilöstö- ja materiaali resursseja tehokkaammin. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään maarakennusopetuksen tiimiopettajuutta tutkimuskysymysten kautta. Kyselylomakkeet lähetettiin johtohenkilöille ja maarakennuksen opetushenkilöstölle. Kyselyt tallennettiin Microsoft Forms kysely- ja Trello projektinhallinnan alustoille. Modulaarisen tiimiopetuksen tapaustutkimus on toteutettu opinnäyteparityöskentelynä. Työn teoriaosuutta tarkastellaan yhteistyöllä ja fasilitoinnin, oppilaitoskehittämisen ja palvelukulttuurin, sekä tiimiopettajuuden ja modulaarisuuden näkökulmista. Tutkimustulosten perusteella tiimiopettajaparien yhteiskehittämisellä rakentui ja kehittyi uutta osaamista ja kumppanuutta sekä sidos että työelämän yhteistyötä. Yhteistoimijuudella saatiin tiimiopettajuuden vuorovaikutteisuutta parannettua. Lisäarvo itsessään on tiimipariopetuksen kehittäminen, ja sen hyödyt näkyvät organisaatioon sitoutumisena. Resurssit näkyvät työn parantamismahdollisuuksissa ja tehokkuudessa. OSAOn opettajien modulaarinen tiimiopettajaparin lisäarvo kehittyy osaamisen jakamisella opetustilanteissa. Ammatillinen osaamisen siirtäminen ja jakaminen – hiljainen tieto siirtyy ja säilyy oppilaitoksen ydinosaamisena. The purpose of this research is the development of the core competency of modular team teaching in vocational education at OSAO Haukipudas unit of Infrastructure Construction industry. The goal of this research is to find efficient methods of working and tools of development for the infrastructure construction teachers in Haukipudas unit. The primary situation of this research is to study team teaching that consists of 11 parts of competence area of infrastructure construction. The vocational education qualifies for earthmover operations, and transports in infrastructure construction & excavator machine operator works. The method of this research is case study which purpose is to find
modular team teaching in new teaching method where teaching is done by pairs and the teacher pair teaches one competence area study module together. There is many competence areas that teacher must be apple handle and diversity of different teachers` background causes challenges to develop their whole capability wide enough to cover the entire education.The target of this research was to create a teaching method that ensures staff wellness and timelines of the teachers' competences and educational needs. The target point in organisation level would be commitment to develop common methods of the modular team teaching expertise. Facilitate with best suitable methods co-development, design thinking and using Lean methods in case study research and service design double diamond to all organisation level to contribute service process for team teachers and the whole value chain. The main target was divided in four smaller
targets following Dr. W. E. Deming`s chain reaction to have process improvement and effective management ensure students pull control, quality of professional competence and shorten graduation time with PDCA-chain reaction of quality.
The results are made with the following: 1. Planning how to measure achievements 2. Continuous improvement model, 3. Implementing new teaching method
4. Co-creation of procedures of co-development and participating value chains and start with new development cycle by checking trend 5. Check direction of development. Start next needed development cycle when continuously needed.
Professional core competency needs all the support of the Organisation's service culture by participative management and enabling that with servant leadership.
