Tiivistelmä
The main objectives of my work are to create a tool that improves the delivery of physiotherapy exercises to patients and to improve the patients' motivation and adherence to participate in independent physiotherapy practice. In addition, my goal was to alleviate inequality in the physiotherapy services caused by differences in occupational health contracts. My project's multiple beneficiaries would be patients who will receive better service and improve faster from their musculoskeletal problems. Employers will benefit from faster workers return to work. My organization will provide better services to our clients and would benefit from monetizing the service. The final target of my idea is to provide better service to the Finnish community and improve people's well-being and health. There were two major tasks: to create viable, realistic, and cost-effective service. And the second one is to put in practice the learned MBA courses’ material in use.

With the help of electronic search engines (Google Scholar, PubMed, Finna Laurea's library article search engine), the sources were found confirming the importance and effectiveness of physiotherapy in the treatment of several chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system. In addition, the current literature supports the idea that digital physiotherapy is not inferior to traditional physiotherapy in terms of compliance, delivery of exercise guidelines, and effectiveness. During the project, methods of service design and business model generation were used. As a result, the new service idea was created and presented to the managers of Pihlajalinna. The realization of the proposal is under development. Future work is planned to be done to implement the project.
