Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli sisäilmakorjauksen toteutus ja tehokkuus. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tutkia sekä kartoittaa erilaisia valesokkelikorjausmenetelmiä sekä luoda korjaustyöselostus.
Opinnäytetyössä tutkittiin erilaisia valesokkelikorjausmenetelmiä sekä niiden ominaisuuksia. Lisäksi opinnäytetyössä tutkittiin valesokkelikorjauksen tehokkuuteen ja hintaan vaikuttavia tekijöitä. Tutkittavia valesokkelikorjausmenetelmiä oli sisäpuolelta tehtävät korjausmenetelmät valesokkelikenkä, terästassu, termotuotteet ja harkkokorjausmenetelmä sekä ulkopuolelta tehtävä Laho-stop-menetelmä. Lisäksi tutkittiin kantavien puisten väliseinien korjaustapaa.
Opinnäytteestä saatiin tuloksia valesokkelikorjauksen hinnoista sekä halvimmasta valesokkelikorjausmenetelmästä. Valesokkelikorjausmenetelmistä halvin on termotuotteet sen nopean asennuksen ansiosta.
Opinnäytetyön tilaajana oli R.V. Group Oy. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda selkeä kuva sisäilmakorjauksista ja valesokkelikorjauksista yrityksen hyödynnettäväksi. The topic of the thesis was the implementation and effectiveness of indoor air repair. The aim of the thesis was to study and determine various methods of repairing a false plinth and to create a repair work report.
In the thesis, various methods of false plinth repair were studied, as well as their properties. In addition, the thesis examined the factors affecting the effectiveness and price of a false plinth repair. The false plinth repair methods studied included the repair methods completed from the inside of the structure with a false plinth shoe, a steel paw, termo products and a traditional masonry repair method, as well as an externally Laho-stop repair method. In addition, the method of repairing load-bearing wooden partitions was studied.
The thesis yielded results on the prices of false plinth repair, as well as on the cheapest method of false plinth repair. The cheapest method of the false plinth repair methods was termo products due to their quick installation.
The thesis was commissioned by R.V. Group oy. The purpose of the thesis was to create a clear picture of indoor air repairs and false plinth repairs for the company to utilize.
