Food waste is a global problem. This thesis aims to develop an application dedicated to sharing leftover locations with people in the same company premise, thus reducing food waste.
The application uses React.js for the client, Next.js for the server, and MongoDB for the database. The client user interface was created with Material UI. Git and GitHub were used for version control.
At the end of the project, a Progressive Web Application was created. It satisfied the minimum requirements set at the beginning of the project. The application was tested manually.
