Tiivistelmä
Kyseessä on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö, joka tehdään kohdeyrityksen tarpeesta. Kyseessä on palveluyritys (anonyymi), joka kasvattaa toimintaansa jatkuvasti ja tarvitsee kattavan raportoinnin tukemaan johtoa päätöksissä. Kannattavuuteen vaikuttavat tekijät tulee huomioida nopealla ajanjaksolla, jotta niihin pystytään tarvittaessa reagoimaan. Kohdeyrityksellä on ollut käytössään itse räätälöimiä raportteja, joilla he ovat tarkastelleet eri kokonaisuuksia. Opinnäytetyö määrittelee kohdeyritykselle kattavan raportointipohjan, johon kootaan tärkeimmät tunnusluvut. Opiskelija on tutustunut olemassa olevaan kirjallisuuteen ja on sen perusteella laatinut lopputuloksen.
Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena on määritelty kohdeyritykselle ns. hälytysraportti, joka jakaantuu kolmeen osioon. Kukin osio pitää sisällään tärkeän näkökulman palveluyrityksen kannalta. Osioita ovat talous, asiakas ja henkilöstö. Yritys räätälöi raportin pohjalta omaa järjestelmää, jotta pystyy ottamaan raportin käyttöönsä ja tiedot tulisivat siihen suoraan järjestelmästä, eikä niitä tarvitsisi syöttää erikseen. The demand of this thesis arises the need of the target company (anonymous). The company produces services and it is growing fast. Therefore they need extensive reporting, to support management in decision-making. Factors that affect to profitability should be noticed fast, so it is possible react to if necessary. Thesis defines a comprehensive reporting template where the key figures are entered. This company has had their own reports, which they have analyzed different sets.
This is an action based thesis. The background material includes literature related to reporting and management. On the basis of this material the reporting template has been created.
The outcome this thesis is a reporting template which integrates the existing reports, and creates an alarm report. It is divided into three parts, economic, customer and staff. All of these parts are in important from the viewpoint of the service company. On the basis of the report, they will change their own system, so that they can take the report into daily use. All the information’s will be automatically transferred to the report template from the system.
