Puurunkoisen hallin rakennesuunnitelmat ja kustannusvertailu

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä tehtiin tarvittavat lupa- ja rakennepiirustukset puurunkoiseen halliin sekä verrattiin sen materiaalikustannuksia vastaavankokoiseen valmisteräshalliin. Puuhallin pohjana käytettiin valmisteräshallin piirustuksia. Tavoitteena oli tehdä puuhallista vastaavan kokoinen ja näköinen kuin teräshallista sekä laskea puuhallin materiaalikustannukset ja hallien hintaero. Rakenteet laskettiin Eurokoodi 5:n mukaan ensin käsin, minkä jälkeen laskelmat tarkistettiin Finnwood 2.3 -tietokoneohjelmalla. Piirustukset tehtiin Autocad-tietokoneohjelmalla. Puu on pääsääntöisesti halvempi rakennusmateriaali kuin teräs, mutta kun mennään pitkiin jänneväleihin kuten tässä työssä, alkaa puurakenteiden hinta kasvaa. Puu- ja teräshallien materiaalien hintaeroksi saatiin noin 3 000 euroa (muutamia prosentteja). Hintaero on sen verran pieni, että työ- ja muut kustannukset täytyy ottaa erityisesti huomioon.

The goal of the thesis was to make required architectural and structural drawings of wooden framework hall, and was to compare the costs of materials with similar size steel garage. The steel hall drawings were used as a basis for the wooden hall. The aim was to make the wooden hall same size and looking as the steel hall, and calculate the costs of materials of wooden hall and the price difference between these two halls. The structures were calculated according to the Eurocode 5 at first by hand, and after that they were revised with Finnwood 2.3 -computer program. The drawings were made with Autocad -computer program. Wood is generally cheaper construction material than steel, but when the long spans are used such as in this work, so starts the price of wood raise. Wooden and steel halls material price difference was about 3 000 euros (a few percent). The price difference is so small that work and other costs must be taken noted of in particular.
